Rentals are available for the Turf Field, Gymnasium, Conference Room and Multi Purpose Room.

Turf Field

• 90' x 180' synthetic turf playing field or two 90' x 90' fields
• Soccer, lacrosse, baseball/softball or related uses
• Overhead spectator viewing area

Gymnasium

• 11,880 square feet
• Three USAV 30' x 60' sanctioned volleyball courts
• One 84' x 50' basketball court or two 74' x 50' courts

Rental Information

• Renter signing contract must be at least 21 years of age and present during entire contracted time. An adequate adult chaperone ratio may be required for youth rentals.

• Applications must be made ten days in advance, but no more than one year in advance. Full payment must be made ten days prior to rental or rental will be canceled.

• A Security/Damage deposit of 50% (not less than $150, not more than $550) is due upon receipt of your application.

• A $10 processing charge will be deducted from all refund requests. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to rental date will receive a full refund less the processing charge. Cancellations less than 60 days in advance of rental date, security deposit will be refunded in full, and renter will forfeit 50% of total fees.

• Proof of Insurance may be required and the Palatine Park District named as additional insured.

• No smoking is allowed in the facility and 50 feet from the building.

• No merchandise can be sold, given, or displayed without permission.

• The Palatine Park District reserves the right to reject any rental which it feels is not appropriate.
