Parent/Tot Gymnastics

Register Online for Parent/Tot Gymnastic Programs

Gymnastics Parent/Tot | Ages 1.5-3 with Adult
Enjoy one on one time with your child while exploring the sport of gymnastics. Following a structured warm-up, participants will have the opportunity for adventures in the gym.

Side by Side Gymnastics | Ages 3-4 (New Program)
Group warm up followed by structured gym time on the preschool gymnastics equipment. Parents will start the session by accompanying their child. The goal of this class is to encourage independence for your little one, in hopes they can eventually participate on their own.

Preschool Classes

Tiny Tumblers | Ages 4-5
Formally known as Preschool/Kindergarten, there will be a strong focus is placed on the development of basic motor and locomotive skills. In a fun atmosphere children will learn through the use specific gymnastics equipment geared for 4-5 years old. Participants must be toilet trained.

Lil Kippers | Ages 4-5 (New Program)
Children are given the opportunity to succeed, use their imaginative skills, enhance listening capabilities and develop self-esteem and confidence through tumbling, movement exploration, balancing and the development of gross motor skills. Obstacle courses, balance beam, bars, and vaulting are part of this fun movement education experience. Child must have mastered the required skills from Tiny Tumblers in order to be eligible for this class. Instructor permission is required. Participants must be toilet trained.

Mini Mights | Ages 4-6
Class designed for age-appropriate girls who have been recommended by an instructor.

Boys Gymnastics

Beginner Boys | Ages 6-13
Learn basic gymnastic skills and terms needed to advance to the next level.

Advanced Beginner Boys | Ages 6-13
Continued training in gymnastic skills and terms needed to advance to the next level. Participants must have completed Beginner Boys and instructor approval is required.

Girls Gymnastics

Register Online for Girls Gymnastic Programs

Beginner Girls | Ages 6-13
Learn basic gymnastic skills and terms needed to advance to the next level.

Advanced Beginner Girls | Ages 6-13
Continued training in gymnastic skills and terms needed to advance to the next level. Participants must have completed Beginner Girls and instructor approval is required.

Intermediate Girls | Ages 7-13
Gymnastics training on an intermediate level. Instructor approval is required.

Tumbling

Register Online for Tumbling Programs

Tumbling | Ages 7-13 (New Program)
This is a coed class for all abilities. Participants will work on their tumbling skills that range from body positions, handstands, and rolls to cartwheels, roundoffs, and flips.
