Palatine Park District is a separate municipal governing agency established for the purpose of providing parks, facilities, and recreation programs for the community. The Park District is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and administration of parks and facilities under its jurisdiction. Through this service to the community, the District offers a wide variety of employment and volunteer opportunities.

The District is currently recruiting for a full-time Park Maintenance staff, a summer intern, and seasonal aquatics, athletics, facilities, and recreation positions. Seasonal opportunities are ideal for students and adults looking for a short-term position in an area that interests them.
