All Twisted Up Hot Pretzel Party
Friday, June 11, 2021

The last 15 months have had us all feeling twisted up much like the beloved hot pretzel! These deliciously doughy, chewy, perfectly salted snacks are an American favorite at home and theme parks. We will enjoy customizing a hot pretzel to show that we do have the power to change anything we want in our life to make it sweet when we feel a little loopy. Just because we get twisted up in life does not mean we have to remain that way (Life Coaching Lesson snuck in is on Growth Mindset). Kids can alter their hot pretzel with toppings like: cotton candy bits, chocolate, butterscotch, vanilla icing, etc. While we enjoy our wacky customized treat, kids will become hot pretzel experts on this booming 500-million-dollar business.

Tropical Island S.T.E.M. Science Lab
Friday, June 11, 2021

Paradise is calling! Step into the ultimate S.T.E.M. lab experience as your kids are whisked away for 60 minutes to enjoy marine and island life. Hands on inspirational tropical themes include: The life of a coconut, building an earthquake-proof structure, red tide dramatization, dolphin anatomy, octopus escapism in a mason jar, participate in a Beluga Whale lost from his pod due to noisy conditions, take the Stop Ocean Plastic Palooza challenge for a prize, and then enter the sandcastles/seashell lab for some incredible fun. Watch out at your next family vacation, your child will teach you a thing or two about the high seas and conservation! Island treats included.

The Thrills and Chills of Ice Cream! | Ages 6-13
Thursday, July 15, 2021

National Ice Cream day is this Sunday!!! Come celebrate by making and eating ice cream is a fun way to introduce early physics and chemistry teachings to children. Kids can become an expert on this billion-dollar industry as we make a batch of homemade ice cream and indulge. Also, explore the science of the beloved amusement park treat, Dippin’ Dots and learn about the first novelty ice cream bar, the Eskimo Pie. Then sit down for the most outrageous ice cream eating contest in town. Did anyone say brain freeze? This is a child’s dream class and all about putting the fun back into learning and building self-esteem. Don’t wear your Sunday best, we will get sticky!
