Mari-Rae Sopper Gymnastics Show

The Mari-Rae Sopper Spring Gymnastics Show is held annually in May. This year there will be shows on Friday at 6:00pm, May 17 and two separate shows held on Saturday, May 18 at 10:00am (Early Childhood Classes) and 1:00pm (Recreational Classes). This years theme, “I Love The 90’s” will be set to the sounds and styles of the event back to the 1990’s.

The event showcases the skills acquired by our gymnasts throughout the year and pays tribute to the late Mari-Rae Sopper – a former instructor and member of Palatine Gymnastics Club who was on board Flight 77 that crashed into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. The show is named after Mari-Rae in honor of her love for the sport of gymnastics.
