Tai Chi QiGong | Ages 14+
Gentel flowing movements to reduce stress and improve health. This martial art has been described as “meditation in motion”. This practice promotes internal health, strength, stress reduction, balance, and agility. QiGong will be taught as a warm up.
Zumba | Ages 14+
Ditch the workout and join the party! Licensed programming utilizes Latin-based moves and music at varying speeds and easy to follow steps to dance your way to your fitness goals.
Zumba Toning | Ages 14+
Zumba Toning is for those who want a dance party but also want to tone and sculpt muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups keeping your muscles engaged.
Beginner Yoga | Ages 14+
Learn to link breathing to movement and other yoga basics. Focus on proper alignment and safety in this non-judgmental atmosphere with the intent of helping cleanse, heal and strengthen the body and mind.
Gentle Yoga | Ages 14+
Suitable for all levels. Light yoga postures, stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques will build body awareness and flexibility. Participants must be able to move without assistance.
Ying Yang Yoga | Ages 14+
Slow down with Yin practice where poses are passively held for longer periods benefitting the connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang practice is a Hatha based practice that helps develop muscular strength, stamina and flexibility. Blending these two styles of practice helps you leave feeling more balanced. Bringing a mat is recommended.
Yin Yasa Fusion | Ages 14+
Enjoy a blend of yin (passive) and yang (active) yoga in this class. The class starts by holding yin poses targeting the body’s connective tissue, then moves through a vinyasa flow to unite breath and movement. Bringing a mat is recommended.
Muscle Toning | Ages 14+
Tone your muscles and build strength with this total body workout. You will use a variety of equipment in this class.
Werq | Ages 14+
Try this fun and addictive cardio dance workout based on rock and pop music.
Cardio Kickboxing | Ages 14+
Cardio kickboxing is a class that combines martial arts techniques in a fast paced cardio routine. Gain stamina, strength and flexibility with this class.
